What types of files can you transcribe?

 

We can transcribe the following formats: DSS, WAV, WMA, MP3, and AIFF audio files...returned in Word Document format.

 

What are your rates?

 

You will find out rates on our Rates page.

 

How is your turnaround time calculated?

Turnaround time is calculated from the time we receive the audio and payment. (i.e., Within 24 hours from the time we receive your audio and payment, we will return a transcript to you, if the call is Expedited, no later than 4 days if it is Standard rate.) We will notify you by email when we receive your audio.

We work with you to meet your scheduling needs.

 

How will you bill me?

We will send you an invoice via PayPal upon receipt and review of your audio. All invoices are due upon receipt and payment must be completed before work is started.

 

You can pay your invoice via your PayPal account or any of the credit cards below directly on the PayPal SECURE SITE.

 

We do NOT collect any personal information and we can assure you that all information is kept confidential; we can be trusted to not share any of our clients' information.
